After over 8 years of specialising in newborn photography, I’m so excited to open the doors to Photography by Madeleine’s Academy — a place where I can share the knowledge, experience and passion I’ve built throughout my journey as a newborn photographer.
I know first-hand how overwhelming it can feel when you’re starting out. From safely handling and posing newborns, to understanding your camera, creating beautiful images, working confidently with parents and building a successful photography business, there is so much to learn.
My aim is for every photographer who trains with me to leave feeling confident, inspired and equipped with the skills to create beautiful newborn images safely and consistently. But more importantly, I want you to develop your own style and learn how to create a calm, relaxed and memorable experience for every family who steps in front of your camera.

Who is the training suitable for ?
My newborn academy is suitable for photographers at different stages- weather your just starting out , have photographed a few newborns already or want to improve your workflow, posing & confidence.
Where does the training take place?
Training takes place at my home studio in Staffordshire, where you'll be able to work in a real newborn photography environment.
Will I get to photograph a real newborn
Yes, where appropriate, training can include hands-on experience with a real newborn, allowing your to watch and practice techniques with guidance & support.
